These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ground Up Services website (https://groundupservices.net) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or hiring us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Provided
Ground Up Services offers lawn restoration, landscape maintenance, and landscape construction services to residential and commercial customers in the Portland Metro Area. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person consultation and a signed estimate before work begins.
2. Quotes and Payments
All quotes are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if conditions differ from those initially assessed. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in that agreement.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
4. Property Access and Safety
Clients must provide clear access to the work area and notify us in advance of any hazards, underground utilities, irrigation lines, pets, or restrictions. Ground Up Services is not responsible for delays or damage resulting from obstructions, undisclosed hazards, pets, or unsafe conditions on the property.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in our work, to the fullest extent permitted by law Ground Up Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Any dispute regarding the quality or outcome of a service must be raised within 7 days of completion so we have an opportunity to address it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, interfere with any other party’s use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of service.
